Blades:
Our unique patented blade design has a distinct appearance, balanced to within 3% tolerance to assure a quiet, vibration free operation and extremely efficient operation.
- One of the most important parts that affect the performance of a wind turbine is the blades. The design and manufacturing process directly influence the physical shape, dimension and weight, vibration level and performance to produce power at the rated wind speeds.
Rotor:
Designed with German Engineered electric motor technologies, the permanent magnet generator of the Wind Easy Turbine provides excellent performance in a small, light weight package. The use of High BH permanent magnets are treated to keep the magnetic qualities throughout the generators life.
ACS:
Wind Easy Turbines have integrated ACS (Automatic Constant Speed) technology, which keeps the rotor speed within a safe range even in strong wind situations. This effectively protects the turbine from being damaged by over speed rotation.
Control System:
The Wind Easy control system was developed for typical Hybrid Power Supply Systems consisting of the Wind Easy Turbine, PV modules, storage batteries and loads.
- The control system serves mainly in two aspects. One is to coordinate the Wind Easy Turbine, PV modules, batteries and loads as a whole working system to maximize efficiency. The second is to control the systems current and voltage, protecting the storage batteries from over charge or dis-charge to ensure the saftey and stability of the systems overload protection and speed limits.
